Suggestions/Recipe Tips
Mini potatoes are super cute. Any colour will work. You can also use fingerling potatoes. You can cook the potatoes ahead of time, and then warm them up just before assembling the appetizers.
Sour cream can be replaced with Greek yogurt.
Seasoning the potatoes with salt and pepper is simple and delicious. You can always use a seasoning blend. Try Italian or Greek for a different taste.
Fresh dill is perfect, especially for garnish.
Can You Eat Smoked Salmon At Room Temperature?
Yes, but you should not leave it out for hours. I would not leave it out in the hot weather for very long. It won’t spoil if it sits at room temperature for up to an hour. Always store it in the fridge.
