    Suggestions / Recipe Tips

    • You can use any type of olive you like. Black, green, pitted, or with pits. Whole are best, but sliced will be delicious as well. You will have to lessen the cooking time.
    • Cooking oil can be any kind you like.
    • Greek seasoning can be replaced with any dried blend. Try Italian or make your own combination. Thyme, oregano, garlic powder, chili flakes, rosemary, or anything you like.
    • Replace dried herbs with fresh herbs and garlic cloves. Rosemary sprigs and lemon wedges would be awesome in this recipe.
    • Serve warm or cold.
    • Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 5 days. Leftovers can be reheated as well.
