Super easy Mediterranean olive appetizer.
Roasted Olives
in olive oil and Greek seasoning that can be served warm or cold. Great for pizza, dips and more.

Ingredients

pitted green olives
drain the juice/brine

tablespoon
olive oil
½ - 1
teaspoon
Greek seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a baking dish combine the olives, oil and seasoning. Mix well to coat
Roast for about 20 minutes. Be sure to mix once or twice during cooking.
Remove from oven and serve. They can be eaten warm or cold.
Notes
Serve olives warm or cold.
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
