Bake the wonton wrappers ahead of time and have them ready and waiting to be filled.
To the baked and cooled wonton cups:

- garnish with cheese
Types Of Avocados
Did you know they are actually classed as fruit? It is considered a berry. Perfect for using in smoothies and desserts.
Did you also know that there are several types of avocados from California? With slightly different shapes, flavour profiles, and seasonal availability, you can be sure to enjoy them year-round. Varieties include:
- Lamb Hass
Depending the variety of avocado, it has a creamy texture, and a mild sweet nutty taste.
It looks unappealing but yes you can. You can also scrape off the top layer, and it should look vibrant underneath.
Place it in an airtight container, or a bowl. Flatten the surface and add a layer of water on top. Seal the container, or cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Always keep it in the fridge. When it’s time to eat, pour off the water, stir and serve.
