Guacamole FAQ

What does guacamole taste like?

Depending the variety of avocado, it has a creamy texture, and a mild sweet nutty taste.

Can you eat brown guacamole?

It looks unappealing but yes you can. You can also scrape off the top layer, and it should look vibrant underneath.

The best way to store guacamole?

Place it in an airtight container, or a bowl. Flatten the surface and add a layer of water on top. Seal the container, or cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Always keep it in the fridge. When it’s time to eat, pour off the water, stir and serve.
