To the baked and cooled wonton cups:
- place in some guacamole
- top with salsa

Guacamole FAQ
Depending the variety of avocado, it has a creamy texture, and a mild sweet nutty taste.
It looks unappealing but yes you can. You can also scrape off the top layer, and it should look vibrant underneath.
Place it in an airtight container, or a bowl. Flatten the surface and add a layer of water on top. Seal the container, or cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Always keep it in the fridge. When it’s time to eat, pour off the water, stir and serve.

Easy Guacamole Appetizer Cups
Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup salsa (homemade or store bought)
- ½ cup cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Spray a “mini” muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Insert a wonton wrapper into each cup.
- Spray wrappers with cooking spray.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool in the tin.
- Once cooled, remove from tin and set aside till ready to fill.
To make the Guacamole:
- Cut avocado in ½ and remove pit.
- Scoop avocado into a bowl with a spoon.
- Mash with a fork.
- Squeeze in lime juice and mix.
- Add garlic and cumin, and mix.
To Prepare:
- Take a wonton cup and fill with guacamole.
- Top with salsa.
- Top with cheese.
- Continue till you have a full platter.
