I’m a summer-loving gal and the only good thing about autumn is all the fruit and vegetables that come into season, like apples. I really wish we had orchards here to go picking, but I’ll take a stroll through the farmers market as a consolation. My favourite is definitely Honeycrisp, although I hate the price. I’ve bookmarked this post so I can refer to it easily for recipe inspiration.

I love it when Fall brings on the apples. Your collection is wonderful. I’m really having a hard time picking out which recipe I’m going to start on. The one with the puff pastry sounds too good to be true. But your apple roses are so adorable – I made them last year and I’ve got to make them again.
