Holiday Croissants are perfect for an easy Christmas pastry recipe. The colors of the season in both taste and appearance. Great for brunch or dessert.

Stuffed crescent rolls with pistachios, cranberries and drizzled with white chocolate. These seasonal pastry treats for Christmas are sure to be a hit. You will want to make these holiday cream cheese pinwheels too.

Christmas croissants stuffed with holiday flavours.

Easy Christmas croissants bursting with holiday flavours add a touch of elegance to the holiday table. Flaky layers unfold with a delightful blend of nuts and fruit, with just the right amount of white chocolate glaze.

Ok, the holiday season is officially here. Have you started shopping (or even thought about it)? What about all that holiday baking, do you have a favourite gingerbread cookie recipe?

I am getting into the holiday spirit even earlier than before. I have already made 2 batches of my holiday granola.

The outside lights are up, the house is decorated, and the cards are ready to be mailed. Christmas baking will begin soon, and then there are presents to wrap.

Before we know it, we will be consumed by all the holiday festivities. You know, your “to-do” list will just keep getting longer and longer, and you will wonder if you will get it all done in time.

Croissant dough with filling before getting rolled.

Do you have a traditional Christmas breakfast recipe? For us, Christmas Morning Sandwiches are a must. A tradition for many, many years. Now even the grandkids get excited to eat them.

    Christmas Croissants For Brunch

Who doesn’t love fresh-baked croissants? The aroma alone gets your mouth watering. Now just imagine a croissant filled with holiday flavours, then drizzled with white chocolate.

Red, green, and white are just like the colours of Christmas. These are the best stuffed croissants. Irresistible holiday pastries your family will love.

These little gems are perfect for brunch, and they make a quick and easy dessert too. You will need:

    • crescent rolls
    • pistachios
    • dried cranberries
    • white chocolate

One of my favourite holiday cookies is Oatmeal Cranberry. I could eat the whole batch myself. The flavour combination is great, and they freeze well too. Easier to hide away from early cookie stealers!!

Taking my cookie recipe and turning it into a roll was such a great idea. So simple to make, and oh-so delicious to eat. You will have a hard time just eating one, but hey it’s the holidays….that’s what all the gym memberships in January are for right?

Filled crescent rolls on a baking sheet ready for the oven.

    Best Holiday Croissants

With the help of that cute little Pillsbury doughboy, you can take some stress off yourself. These stuffed croissants are made with crescent rolls.

Pick up a can of biscuit dough while you are shopping. These Breakfast Biscuits are a hit in my house. Loaded with bacon and eggs, these are baked in a muffin tin. Perfect for any meal of the day.

    • Preheat the oven
    • Prepare a baking sheet
    • Unwrap the dough
    • Sprinkle on the nuts and cranberries
    • Roll
    • Bake
    • When cool, drizzle with melted white chocolate
    • Decorate with sprinkles (optional)
    • ENJOY!!

If you would like to try a homemade sweet roll, these cranberry rolls are perfect for the holidays. They have all the flavours of these filled croissants but in a yeast roll baked from scratch. They take a little time but are so worth the effort.

    Recipe Suggestions/Tips

Not a fan of pistachios? No problem, feel free to use any nuts you like. Some great choices would be:

    • almonds
    • walnuts
    • hazelnuts
    • cashews

Dried cranberries not your thing? You have other options like:

    • raisins
    • blueberries
    • figs
    • dates
    • apricots

Are you a white chocolate lover or hater? Looking for an alternative? Try:

    • milk or dark chocolate
    • peanut butter
    • Nutella
    • icing sugar glaze

However ever you wish to make these stuffed croissants, I assure you they will be delicious.

Be sure to pair them with a holiday drink too. Like an eggnog latte, a holiday tea.

This looks so good. I will have to look for a gluten-free crescent roll. These would be great anytime, but especially for Christmas brunch.
