Start your day with B & B Sunrise!! Quick, easy…and you can take it on the go !!
Ok so I will admit I AM NOT a breakfast person. YES I know it is the most important meal of the day, but that doesn’t change the fact that if I skip a meal, 9/10 times for me it’s breakfast. Now BRUNCH is another story.
So to help me curb a bad habit, I look for something that is easy, quick, healthy…but it has to look great and taste yummy. I totally LOVE “make ahead” breakfasts. For one I don’t have to think about what I will make for breakfast (because if I do I will just go to the old standby of toast/bagel with peanut butter) and two….it’s nutritious and DELICIOUS!!
B & B Sunrise is chock full of nutrition…and the best part (other than the fact it’s ready and waiting) you can actually have it packed and ready for those “on the go” mornings that you have to take breakfast with you.
Simple ingredients mixed up in a bowl and set in the fridge overnight….waiting for morning!! Bananas, milk, yogurt, oats, blueberries, chia seeds and agave nectar mixed together and topped with fig jam and hemp hearts!! It does’t get easier than this. A powerhouse of nutrition packed into a bowl that will fill you up and keep you going for hours.
So start your day with a little B & B Sunrise. Nutritious, delicious, ready and waiting!!

I am a morning person and I do like breakfast. Except Hubby is stuck in his breakfast rotation. I want to shake it up. Make it a little more exciting. I mean, after all, who wants the same old ho hum oatmeal, right? This would be perfect. I will have to get some additional ingredients we don’t have on hand. But that’s okay, at least we’ll have a delicious change.
Homemade & Yummy
It is easy to get stuck in a food rut. I need change, and this is a great change for plain oatmeal. Also it can be made ahead of time and used throughout the busy weekday mornings.

What a great idea to make this at night and have it all ready in the morning! With our busy mornings, I’ll take this shortcut!
Chef G
Makes mornings much easier that’s for sure.
Amanda
This looks like a delicious, not difficult breakfast. I’m guilty of grabbing less than healthy stuff, because I forget there are recipes that aren’t difficult!
Chef G
So easy…make lots to last a few days!!

Oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfast foods. For some reason we tend to make it more often in the winter months than in the summer. Yours looks really yummy with those blueberries! I’m an early bird so I don’t usually skip breakfast.
Chef G
Hope you give it a try…and ENJOY!!

I am terrible for skipping breakfast! This looks delicious! Do you think you could warm it? Or would it spoil?
Just thinking it would be perfect for cold mornings if it was warm!
Thanks 🙂
Chef G
I don’t see why it wouldn’t work if you heat it slightly in the microwave….but don’t cook it.
