Triple Berry Smoothie is the perfect berrylicious boost to your day. Antioxidant rich smoothie made with fresh berries.

This recipe for a mixed berry smoothie is so easy to make. Much more economical than going to juice bars. Toss everything in a blender and blitz!

Triple Berry Smoothie is nutritious and so easy to blend up.

The perfect blend of natural goodness. 3 kinds of berries provide the sweetness in this totally customizable DIY smoothie recipe. Kid-friendly, no sugar added, refreshing and totally delicious.

I love smoothies. When it comes to a quick breakfast or lunch, you can pack in a lot of nutrition into a glass. You can make them out of just about anything, and it’s a great way to get your daily quota of fruits and veggies.

I haven’t tried a combination that I didn’t like. If you love the taste of ice cream, give this Cherry Vanilla Smoothie a try. Looking for a green smoothie? This Green Hemp Smoothie is just what you need.

If chocolate is what you crave, this recipe for a chocolate smoothie is just like a guilt free dessert in a glass.

What’s In A Triple Berry Smoothie?

Your basic smoothie ingredients. I have a few suggestions and recipe tips below.

Smoothie ingredients in a blender ready to mix.
    • almond milk
    • yogurt
    • strawberries
    • blueberries
    • blackberries
    • coconut
    • ice

    Making This Mixed Berry Smoothie

Smoothies are the easiest drink to make. All you need are the ingredients and a blender.

Wash the berries, toss in all the ingredients and blitz. Your smoothie is ready in minutes. In fact, you can make them ahead of time and keep them in the fridge until you are ready to sip.

    Suggestions/Recipe Tips

Milk can be any dairy variety from skim to whole milk. Great non-dairy options are almond, coconut, and oat milk.

Yogurt makes it thick and creamy. I like Greek yogurt. Plain or any berry flavour is perfect. Regular yogurt also works, along with vegan and non-dairy varieties.

Fresh berries are super sweet. If berries are not in season, frozen berries are a great choice, and most times more economical too.

Dried coconut adds a nice nutty flavour. If you are not into coconut, you can replace it with chia or hemp seeds.

Mix up the flavours by changing up the fruit. Cherries, bananas, pears, peaches, you can’t go wrong.

Two smoothies with straws and garnished with berries.

Smoothies are an excellent way to pack in nutrition. I have even made them the night before and stored them in a glass drinking jar with a lid, when I know I will be in a rush in the morning. No need to skip on nutrition even when you are in a hurry. One of our favourites is my Apple Cottage Cheese Smoothie.

Hmm… something weird happened and the comment suddenly refreshed while I was typing it. I was wondering if I could buy those coconut slices at Bulk Barn, do you know? The smoothie sounds delicious with all the yogurt and fruit!

I know this is old but I just found this recipe & love these ingredients! I like to use frozen berries so it’s nice and frosty without getting watery. Plus frozen organic fruit is really affordable compared to fresh, and doesn’t matter that it would be mushy lol.
Does anyone else notice blackberries have a weird bitter taste if blended? It’s my favorite fruit, but I’ve never figured out how to use them in smoothies without that problem. Maybe it’s something in the seeds when they get crushed? Would love to know, and any ideas!!

I find blackberries can be bitter even when they are fresh. This smoothie recipe is a great place to use them that’s for sure.
