I LOVE doing roundups. My blogger friends are always willing to share some of their best creations. The hard part is choosing only a few to include each time.
With bbq season here, backyard parties, get-togethers, and picnics will be happening all summer long. You can NEVER have too many salad recipes to choose from. My youngest daughter always requests a potato salad for her birthday. My oldest daughter always requests macaroni salad. When I was a child, we ALWAYS had a family bbq in the summer. One of the favourite sides was something we called potatoes with green onion and dill. Still, to this day I make it for my family.
Since we love this so much, I wanted to turn it into a warm potato salad option, that could be a dinner salad. Warm Potato Salad with Dill & Smoked Salmon is a remake of our family recipe.
