When I was a kid, my mom was a canning fanatic. Pickles, jams, jellies, and fruits had their place on the shelves of the cold room in the basement. You would think after years of watching her preserving, it would rub off on me. NOPE!! Although I spend lots of hours in the kitchen, preserving and canning do not happen here.

I was so excited to get their Award Winning Fruit Drizzle Toppings sent my way. So many wonderful flavours to choose from, it was hard not to open all of them at once.
SO MANY DELICIOUS WAYS TO ENJOY THEM
The first one I tried was the Peach Drizzle. Since we were grilling a nice jerk chicken on the BBQ, I thought this would make a great glaze. Right out of the jar it was the perfect consistency to brush on the chicken when we took it off the rotisserie. The sweetness paired so well with the jerk seasoning. It made the chicken glisten with peachy goodness, and dinner was over the top delicious.
Yogurt is always in my fridge. Since I use it a lot in cooking and baking, my choice of flavour is usually plain and vanilla. I do like to add fresh fruit, but sometimes when I am in a pinch, I will add jam. Next up, Cherry Drizzle into my vanilla yogurt. Wow! With the nice pieces of fruit and just the right amount of sweet and tart, my breakfast yogurt took on a whole new twist of creamy, fruity satisfaction. No fruit bottom yogurts for me, mixing my own is better.
There is nothing hubby and I love more than to sit and relax in the backyard with a glass of wine and some crackers and cheese. The Blueberry Drizzle and balsamic vinegar on top of goat cheese was the perfect way to enjoy the sunny afternoon. Next time I will top some brie with Strawberry Drizzle and warm it up. My daughters will be over the moon.
