Looking for a quick dinner tonight? This Easy Penne Pasta with Roasted Garlic Tapenade can be ready in under 30 minutes. Gluten free version too! Penne pasta in a bowl ready to eat.Pin

This post was sponsored by Sofia’s Selection. All opinions and photographs are my own.

Do you fall into the “busy life”? Hectic work schedules, taking the kids to hockey, music, swimming, gymnastics, or whatever they are involved in. Helping with homework, trying to find some “me” time, and don’t forget you have to get dinner on the table too.

This seems the norm these days for so many families. No wonder fast food restaurants do so well. But you don’t have to resort to spending your hard earned dollars on takeout. Dinners can be made quickly at home with a few simple and affordable ingredients.

HAVE YOU HEARD OF SOFIA’S SELECTION?

This gourmet olive company operates out of Warren, Michigan offering several varieties of olive and tapenade products made with California grown olives.

I had the opportunity to work with them in the past and was thrilled when they contacted me to partner again, this time showcasing some recreations of Sofia’s Selection family recipes for you to enjoy.

Sofia’s Selection products are gluten free, contain no artificial colours or preservatives, low salt and made with natural ingredients. With several savoury and spicy flavours to choose from, you can use them easily in so many great recipes.

These products are easy to use. Add them to a great appetizer selection, use them in your morning omelettes, have a quick snack (like grabbing some olives, or spreading some tapenade on crackers), or incorporating these products to produce flavourful dinners. Delicious food is only minutes away.

    PASTA & OLIVES

Today this Easy Penne Pasta with Roasted Garlic Tapenade can be on the table faster than pizza can be delivered to your door. You don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to feed your family. Plan ahead, make lots for leftovers to enjoy again during the week. Remember the cook once eat more than once motto. Saves time, saves money and less stress in the kitchen.

These products are made in small batches, and the flavour profile is totally delicious. If you love the olive and pasta combination, this is for you. It doesn’t get easier than this. Boil some pasta, add some fresh tomatoes, Roasted Garlic Tapenade and fresh basil for garnish, dinner is served. So much flavour out a jar. The garlic is not over powering, and low sodium is great, no need for added salt to the recipe. Does easy and delicious sound good to you yet?

Be sure to visit the Sofia’s Selection to check out all products they have to offer. They can be purchased in several stores in Michigan, and also online on Amazon. Stop by and visit their Facebook page too.
