Cut the avocado, and scoop it into the bowl with the tuna.
Add the lime juice and Tex-Mex seasoning, and mash to combine.
Scoop ½ the mixture onto each of the sandwich buns.
Top each sandwich with some salsa.
Add the lettuce and the other part of the bun. Done!

You can use any kind of tuna you like, packed in oil or water, solid or flaked.Buns can be replaced with bread if you prefer.Any greens can be used in place of the lettuce.Salsa of any kind, and you can also increase the amount of the Tex-Mex seasoning.
