4ouncescanned tuna in oil (1 regular size can)drained
1ouncefeta cheesecrumbled
1ounceblack olivessliced
2ouncesbell pepperdiced
2ouncesfresh tomatoesdiced
⅛teaspoonblack pepper
¼teaspoondried basil
4sliceswhole wheat breadany bread you like
Instructions
Dice the peppers and tomatoes.
Drain the oil out of the tuna and place in a mixing bowl.
Combine the tuna with the peppers, tomatoes, sliced olives, feta cheese and seasonings.
Divide the mixture in half (this recipe makes 2 sandwiches).
Spread the sandwich filling onto a slice of bread.
Top the sandwich with the other slice of bread. Cut and serve.
Notes
Feel free to butter the bread and add some lettuce. You can use any bread, bun, or wrap you wish.You can also use this on top of crackers or on top of lettuce as a salad.
