Peel the hard boiled eggs. Cut them in half and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork or potato masher.
Add guacamole and cumin and mix until you get a nice smooth consistency.
Place the filling in a piping bag with a decorating tip.
Pipe th filling into the eggs. Alternatively, you can scoop the filling into the eggs using a spoon.
Top each egg with a bit of salsa verde and serve.
Notes
To fill the eggs, I used a decorating tip and a piping bag. You can use a spoon to scoop in the filling.You can adjust the amount of seasoning. Smoked paprika is a great substitute for cumin. I did not add salt since the guacamole is salty enough.Store-bought or homemade guacamole works for this recipe.
