Wash and trim the green beans. You can leave them whole, or cut them in half. Place in a mixing bowl.
Add the oil and seasonings, mix well to coat.
Preheat the grill to about 350-400 degrees F.
Lay out a large piece of foil. Place the seasoned beans in the middle, fold up the ends lengthwise and roll the edges together to seal. Roll the short ends up towards the middle to form a pouch/packet. If you are using regular foil, wrap with a second layer. Heavy duty foil is good with one layer.
Place the foil pouch on the grates, or the warming rack if you have one.
Cook for about 7-8 minutes, flip the pouch and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes.
Remove the pouch from the grill. Open carefully and serve. They can be served right from the pouch, or placed in a serving bowl.
