Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. (I used am immersion blender).
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a serving bowl. Sauce is ready to use.

This makes 6 ounces of sauce. The amount you use per serving is your choice.You can add more oil, and adjust the amount of seasonings to your liking. I used dehydrated garlic, but fresh garlic will also work.Sauce will last for several days in the fridge. Freeze for longer storage. Mini ice cube trays work great.You can use an immersion blender or mini blender. It can also be done by hand, but the sauce will not be as smooth.
