Make your own flavoured mayo at home. Chop and mix. Use store bought mayonnaise or homemade....add a gourmet touch to burgers, sandwiches or use as a dip....great with fries.
Finely chop the basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Set aside.
Place the mayonnaise into a small bowl.
Add the sun-dried tomato oil.
Add the basil and sun-dried tomatoes.
Mix well. Store covered in the fridge until ready to use.

You can use any kind of mayonnaise you like. Adjust the amount of basil and sun-dried tomatoes to your liking.If you do not want it to look chunky, blend with an immersion blender.Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
