Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate milk
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3/4 cups pomegranate seeds (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 1/2 tsp cocoa
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • agave nectar to sweeten (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
