Slightly warm the honey and goat the goat cheese on all sides.
5 ounces unflavoured goat cheese, 2 tablespoons hot honey
Coat the cheese in the nuts and figs. This can be done by rolling the log in the mixture, or using your hands to press the mixture into the cheese.
Place on a serving plate, or wrap and keep in the fridge until ready to use.

This is best served at room temperature. If made ahead of time, remove from fridge about 20 minutes before using.Serve with crackers, or spread on toasted bagels.
