Add the peppers, tomatoes, olives, chickpeas, feta cheese and salad dressing to a large bowl.
Mix until nicely coated.
Divide the mixture into 4.
Add one portion to one of the tortillas.
Top with some of the micro greens.
Roll tightly.
Serve.

Filling can be made ahead of time and kept in a sealed container in the fridge until ready to use.You can also use this as a salad, just mix in the greens.Tortillas can be white or whole wheat. If you want smaller wraps, use smaller tortillas, and the amount of finished wraps will be more.Adjust any of the ingredients to your liking.Micro greens of any kind work, as well as shredded lettuce.
