Cucumber Sandwich
on a bagel is perfect for lunch on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

bagel
sliced in half
3
tablespoons
cream cheese
2
ounces
cucumber
sliced
1
teaspoon
fresh dill
Instructions
Slice the bagel.
Spread the cream cheese on both halves.
Sprinkle with the fresh dill.
Layer the sliced cucumbers on one half of the bagel.
Top with the remaining half of bagel.
Serve.
Notes
Plain or flavoured cream cheese works for this sandwich.
