cottage cheese
(I used 1%)

Greek yogurt

tablespoons
strawberry jam
(less sugar the better)

tablespoons
dry roasted peanuts
(I used unsalted/unseasoned)
fresh berries for garnish
(optional)
Instructions
Peel the banana, cut in ½ lengthwise and place in a shallow bowl. Alternately you can cut the banana into chunks and place in a bowl.
Top banana with the cottage cheese and yogurt.
Add the jam on top (you can warm the jam up if you wish).
Add the peanuts.
Garnish with fresh berries (optional).
