Ingredients

  • 6 ounces fresh strawberries (washed & cut)
  • 1 apple (washed, cored and skin on)
  • 4 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1 ounce hemp hearts
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blitz until smooth.
  • ENJOY
