8ouncesgrape tomatoes(cut in ½)
1jarSofia's Selection Black Olive Tapenade with Roasted Garlic
Fresh basil (for garnish)
Parmesan cheese(for garnish)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large bowl.
Add olive oil, and mix to coat.
Add tomatoes and jar of tapenade. Mix to coat.
Place pasta in serving bowls, garnish with fresh basil ribbons and grated Parmesan cheese.
Gluten free pasta works just as well in this recipe. This reheats well, so making lots to have leftovers during the week is a great idea. This is a RECIPE RECREATION with the partnership of Sofia's Selection.
