Add ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth and combined.
Alternatively you can add all the ingredients to a mason jar, seal and shake until well combined.
To arrange the Salad:
Place some greens on a serving plate.
Sprinkle with about a tablespoon each of cranberries, pumpkin seeds and pomegranate seeds.
Drizzle with salad dressing.
Notes
My original recipe used Greek yogurt for the dressing. I prefer mayonnaise. If you use yogurt, you may want to sweeten it with honey or agave nectar. Apple and pomemgrante balsamic vinegars are wonderful in dressings.I have not included a nutrition calculation for the simple reason is this is so customizable, you can make it with any greens, or toppings you like. Add some protein like turkey, chicken, pork tenderloin, or even shrimp to turn this into a dinner salad.
