Perfect for the holiday brunches. These
Christmas Croissants
come together in minutes. Stuffed with holiday flavours and topped with icing and sprinkles.

Ingredients
2
rolls of Pillsbury Grand Crescents
(4 per roll)
1
cup
dried cranberries
1
cup
roasted pistachios
(chopped)
4
ounces
white chocolate
(melted for drizzle)
2
tablespoons
decorating sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Unwrap rolls.
Sprinkle each roll pistachios and cranberries.
Roll into croissants and place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with sugar, slightly tap with finger to stick on dough.
Bake for 15-17 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool slightly.
Place on cooling rack.
Melt chocolate and place in piping bag.
Drizzle over each croissant.
