5cupsold fashioned oatmeal(if you want it to be gluten free use gluten free oats)
3 ½ouncesyour choice of seeds(I used a combination of hemp chia and pumpkin)
6ounceswhole almonds
6ouncesdried cherries
1tablespoonground coffee
2tablespoonscacao powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º F.
On a large baking sheet add the oats, seeds and nuts.
Bake for 15 minutes (stir after about 7 minutes). Remove from oven and cool.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, and add in the roasted seeds and nuts.
Using a food processor, blitz in batches until it resembles a nice grainy texture.
Store in an airtight container.
