Who doesn't love the true holiday classic? This Rum & Eggnog Latte is great to enjoy during tree trimming, present wrapping...or just to celebrate the holiday season.
Place eggnog in a pot and heat to just under boiling.
Make espresso in a measuring cup with boiling water.
Place rum in mug.
Add hot espresso to the rum.
Froth eggnog.
Add eggnog to mug and top with foam.
Sprinkle nutmeg.
Enjoy!!

You can use either white or spiced rum for this recipe. NO RUM is also a great non-alcoholic option!!FOR THE COFFEE I use instant espresso instead of regular instant coffee. Make it as strong as YOU like.
