Made with turkey slices and cheese curds, this turkey wrap recipe is a healthy idea for lunch or dinner. Great for leftover holiday turkey.

cheese curds
chopped

ounces
sliced turkey
2
tortilla wraps
1
ounce
kale
chopped
1
ounce
broccoli
chopped
½
ounce
pumpkin seeds
½
ounce
dried cranberries
For the Fall Flavoured Dressing:
2
tablespoons
mayonnaise
¼
teaspoon
apple balsamic
¼
teaspoon
pomegranate balsamic
Instructions
To Make the Dressing:
Combine the mayonnaise and vinegars in a small bowl.
Mix and set aside.
To Make the Turkey Wrap:
Combine the chopped kale and broccoli, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries in a bowl.
Add the mayonnaise dressing and mix to combine.
Layer the turkey slices onto the wraps.
Place the greens mixture on the turkey slices.
Top with chopped cheese curds.
Roll tightly to form a wrap.
