In a skillet, heat the avocado oil over medium-high heat.
2 tablespoons avocado oil
Add the onions and cook until nicely browned. About 5 minutes.
4 ounces onion
Add the mustard and hash browns. Mix and cook until they start to brown. About 10 minutes.
1 pound hash browns, 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
Add the sliced Brussels sprouts and continue to cook for about 8 minutes.
12 ounces Brussels sprouts
Add the sliced corned beef/meat and cook for about 5-6 minutes until heated through.
6 ounces sliced corned beef
Season with salt and pepper.

Notes
If you are using canned beef, you may want to cook it a little longer to make the sure meat heats through. You can roughly chop the meat or break up with a fork.
