Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash roughly with a fork and set aside.
Toast your choice of bread.
Brush toast with garlic olive oil.
Divide smashed avocado onto the slices of toast.
Sprinkle on the red pepper flakes.
Sprinkle on the smoked sea salt.
Top with salsa.
Garnish (or not).
ENJOY!!
Notes
You DON'T need a recipe. Smash the avocado, pile it on toast, add your choice of toppings (or not) and eat! Be sure to use a nice dense bread (gluten free works well) so it does not fall apart when you pick it up.
