Quick & Easy Festive Holiday Croissants are perfect for weekend brunches. Filled with pistachios, cranberries and drizzled with white chocolate, they represent the colours of the holiday in taste and appearance.

- 2 rolls of Pillsbury Grand Crescents (4 per roll)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup roasted pistachios (chopped)
- 4 oz white chocolate (melted for drizzle)
- 2 tbsp decorating sugar
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Sprinkle each roll pistachios and cranberries.
Roll into croissants and place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with sugar, slightly tap with finger to stick on dough.
Bake for 15-17 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool slightly.
Place on cooling rack.
Melt chocolate and place in piping bag.
Drizzle over each croissant.
