Mixed fresh berry smoothie made with blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. A nutritious antioxidant rich drink perfect for breakfast, lunch and post-workout.

Ingredients

almond milk
¾
cup
blueberry Greek yogurt

ounces
fresh strawberries
(washed and hulled)
3
ounces
fresh blueberries
(washed)
5
ounces
fresh blackberries
(washed)
½
cup
organic dried coconut slices
1
cup
ice
Instructions
Add the almond milk, yogurt, fresh berries, coconut slices and ice to a blender.
1 cup almond milk,
¾ cup blueberry Greek yogurt,
10 ounces fresh strawberries,
3 ounces fresh blueberries,
5 ounces fresh blackberries,
½ cup organic dried coconut slices,
1 cup ice
Blend until smooth (or use your blender smoothie setting if you have one).
Pour into a glass.
