Gluten Free Muffin Soufflé
is the perfect choice with your morning coffee or tea. You can even take the ingredients with you and make it at work. Quick, easy and oh so tasty.

Ingredients
Dry Mix:
1
cup
gluten free flour blend
2
tablespoons
sugar
2 ½
tablespoons
baking powder
Fore each Soufflé
½
cup
chocolate chips
1
egg
1
teaspoons
butter
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients into a bowl.
For each soufflé
: Into a ramekin add ¼ cup dry mix.
Add ¼ cup chocolate chips.
Add 1 egg.
Add 1 tsp. of soft butter.
Stir and cook in the microwave for 1 minute.
