Overnight oatmeal is so easy and delicious. This recipe for pumpkin oats contains pumpkin puree, cinnamon and maple syrup. Top with roasted pumpkin seeds and enjoy.
Add all the ingredients, except the pumpkin seeds.
½ cup old fashioned oatmeal, ½ cup milk, 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Mix well, cover and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours (or longer)
Remove, add the pumpkin seeds and stir. Breakfast is ready.
