Classic egg salad recipe made into a wrap. Just like eating an egg burrito.

Ingredients

10 inch tortilla wraps

large hard boiled eggs

teaspoon
Sriracha seasoning

cup
mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
Instructions
Peel the hard-boiled eggs.
***NOTE***
I have included my method of boiling eggs in the post.
6 large hard boiled eggs
Using a knife, roughly chop and place in a bowl.
Add the seasoning and mayonnaise. Mix to combine.
¼ cup mayonnaise,
½ teaspoon Sriracha seasoning
Place the lettuce leaves on the tortilla wraps.

2 10 inch tortilla wraps
Spread the egg filling between the 2 tortillas
Spread and roll.
