I love devilled eggs too…just not peeling them. I have a friend that I always make these for…and he LOVES them.

My kids love deviled eggs so much that I would make them as snacks when they came home from school. Now, they all love avocado so I imagine if I made this recipe they’d want to eat a dozen eggs a piece. This would be a great recipe during the holidays.

You know, I am not generally a fan of avocado. I wish I could like it, but I just don;t care for either the flavour or the texture. But I think I could like it in devilled eggs! I will be trying this recipe as an alternative to always just making guacamole with my avocadoes.

I did this type of thing last year and they turned out so great. I love the design that shows up on the eggs.

These are just plain cool! Deviled eggs are always a huge hit in my home. Too bad my hubby doesn’t like avocado 🙁
