This Spiced Apple Compote was delicious! I actually used it to top my pork chops the other night and it made them taste so flavorful! The next day we used it on our pancakes! I will be making this again!

I’m so glad apple season is here. We do love our apples and we had extra so I did make your compote yesterday. SO GOOD!! We had some on top of our yogurt this morning and I put some on top of the grandson’s pancakes. He loved that with the maple syrup.
